Arrived a few minutes before my appointment. Ladies at front desk were extremely professional and pleasant. I was called right back, Dr came in shortly after my V/S and EKG were completed. Dr Thompson was personable and through. No complaints about my care.
Dr Thompson is wonderful ! I almost gave a bad rating based on someone calling from the front desk asking if I was really coming because I was the last one for the day even after I confirmed and pre registered on line. I was fish grease hot when I got there 15 minutes later. BUT when I got there everyone was professional, efficient Dr Thompson REALLY listened to me and ordered some test I was not expecting. I for sure will make her part of my wellness and will follow her practice if she leaves

Julia Thompson's entire staff are so friendly and accommodating. Nice to talk to. She is a wonderful doctor extremely thorough and compassionate. It's a shame male doctors are as compassionate as female doctors. I'll take a female doctor any day. She's extremely thorough to the point and doesn't rush you, she will sit and talk to you as long as you need to talk to her. She's always impressed me. I feel like I'm in good hands.
