Connie is exceptional in every way. She's knowledgeable, attentive, good communicator, caring, patient, friendly, perceptive, supportive and professional. I've seen her several times and she always treats me the same way. I feel very comfortable to recommend her to anyone who is looking for cardiac care. She's excellent!

Receptionist were VERY friendly, kind and patient. Such a joy. Connie was so professional, caring and great listener!! Love her!! Answered all questions and never hurried me. She's great!!

My husband is the patient, and I accompanied him. He and I were both impressed with Connie. She is an excellent NP and gave us all the info we needed to know.

Ms Williams was great! BUT that front desk staff is HORRIBLE. I was running a few minutes late when I got up to front desk the two ladiess didn't even look up to acknowledge me! I finally said excuse me I know I'm a few minutes late do I need to reschedule? The older lady said I took you off. I said ok I'll reschedule thier demeanor was soo ugly. Finally I said I didn't mean to upset you and the older one looked at the younger one and said "Who is she talking to?" I have never been talked to like that by a receptionist or any business let alone an MD office.Im a nurse and I was shocked. I would never not look up at a client/pt or be that short. I saw another review with the same complaint. I said don't worry about it then she suddenly turned friendly and put me back on I saw Ms Williams but I was too upset to ask questions. I was there 5 minutes just to get test results. I like Dr Thompson but like another reviewer said the 2 at the window are nasty and I probably wouldn't come back. 35 years of nursing I've seen a lot of nastiness they were another level. And no I didn't tell them I was a nurse it shouldn't have mattered I was a customer
