A family member had a procedure done at this hospital. His care was good. While I waited, I visited the cafeteria/coffee shop. The girls behind the counter were rude, complained about other employees, and had no general care for what they were doing. AND my coffee was barely warm. I also noticed how staff members greeted NO ONE passing in the hallways. Your hospital should be inviting. Your staff should be retrained on how to communicate with hospital guests and their families/guests. It's something Health Partners practices in their hospitals.....
