From the intake process at the front desk to capturing vitals to running multiple tests to having the doctor explain my results and then onto discharge - every single interaction was professional, efficient and - unexpectedly KIND. Yes - I had to wait a few hours on a very busy afternoon (and only after they determined my symptoms weren't life-threatening) but the staff were remarkable and human. Every. Single. One. Thank you for such a positive experience on a personally challenging day.

Had an amazing experience delivering here. All doctors, nurses and, staff were so caring and personable. They made sure my husband and I were confident caring for our baby and feeding him etc. even though this was our 2nd kid they made sure we were well taken care of. We didn't feel like just a number. I was originally diverted from Methodist hospital and I was so sad and anxious about having to go somewhere else. However, it was a blessing in disguise. My husband and I could not believe what a difference in care we had at St. Francis vs Methodist (where I delivered my first baby). Dr. summers is amazing and you could not get anyone better to deliver your baby. Wish I would have gone here the first time but, alas you live and you learn.

I went for an initial ER visit here for dehydration in September 2024. It went through my insurance and I payed an outrageous $1,479.00. But I payed it and got it done with in October 2024. All the sudden, I get a bill in the mail from "Rad Billing" for $643.75 which apparently was a charge for the doctor I saw, Dr. E Chan. Mind you, I got this bill on 7/25/2025 a full 10 months after my visit. I thought I payed everything and now this surprise bill has thrown a wrench into everything. Why would you send it to this "Rad Billing" place without my knowledge or consent? It's utterly ridiculous and unprofessional. I'm disgusted by the lack of clarity and communication regarding this outrageous charge. I can't afford surprise charges like this, no one can. Avoid this place at all costs! Go to another ER. This one will ring you dry for your money!

Never ever ever had I've had such a bad experience in a hospital. I've had like four surgeries in the past 6 years and it was terrible! They were always late with their pain meds and every time I press the pain button then aid would come in and say I'm sorry there's a shift change and my first night was a horror show and now my second night I was supposed to get my meds at 10:00 p.m. I finally got them at 12:30 and I'm a tough woman but I was screaming and pain not impressed and then it took three nurses to try and get an IV in my arm so I could have some Dilaudid. And they actually admitted to me I'm sorry I don't feel comfortable doing IV let me call someone else so second one came in and shows I don't really like giving IVs let me call somebody else!! Thank goodness the third guy knew what he was doing. It's just very incompetent people that haven't had much training at all I do not want any people to experience what I went through.

Worst ER experience ever, waited for 4 hours, Dr told my mother he would get her pain meds while she waited, after 20 mins we paged and they said a nurse would be right in, paged again 30 mins later, said a nurse would come by, no one ever came, I had to walk to find a nurse, she had a attitude and claims the doctor didn't agree to meds, that's strange as he said it out his own mouth: she refused to ask or even attempt to care. What a joke of a hospital, don't go there even if your dying. They don't care and treat you like a drug addict when you have kidney stones and other chronic illnesses. I will be filing a complaint..
