I received adequate care in 2023 and 2024. In December of 2025 I called to schedule an ultrasound for issues I had been experiencing. The ultrasound was scheduled for January 2025. After the ultrasound on 1/8/25 I was offered one consultation appointment, February 10th when I was on vacation. This was not even a procedure appointment to resolve my issues, just a consultation so I could have a procedure. From that point on I received several calls stating they were trying to find appointment times but I was never offered an appointment. These calls eventually ended, I had never told them I went elsewhere for care, I wanted to see when they would actually have availability. I then had to take my care elsewhere and pay for a second ultrasound to proceed and receive care as required by the new provider. I contacted patient advocacy who claimed I had been offered appointments, which was not true. The documentation I'm sure showed I had been contacted but I had never been offered appointments. From what I understand, this facility has lost numerous providers causing these issues.
