This is not my usual HP clinic but I was feeling awful and wanted to get in same-day! I was able to book online with Anne Gair. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. Charlene was an awesome nurse, and Dr. Gair was wonderful. They took their time and made sure I had what I needed. Absolute Excellence. Highly Recommended!

I am disheartened to write a negative review for Healtphartners. My family and I have been long standing patients(myself- ive been coming here for decades), and have had great experiences with the Brooklyn Center location. However, there a couple of issues that have happened within this past year. I brought my kids in for their yearly check-up, and they give me a list of what's included, and whats not included. Behavioral assessment, was included in the document for yearly visits, that was given to me at the beginning of the appointment. I brought up to the doctor that behavior is a concern that we were having. He gave a a referral to see a Behavioral specialist. Fast forward to a few weeks later, I received a bill, and appeared to have charges for additional services. I disputed the charge because I understood it as being included as part of his yearly check up, as the document said, it would be, and thought it may have been a mistake on their end. During the time span of waiting for HP to review clinical notes to determine if the charges were accurate, I brought my other child in for her yearly exam. I had absolutely no concerns for her visit. I only requested a refill of her life saving medication, because her current one was expiring soon, and she will need to have one for school, anyhow. I didn't think anything of it at the time, but the Dr. asked during the visit, " It looks like a while ago, your child had issues with her eyes because of the forest fires? Is that still an issue?" I replied, " Um? Nope. She doesn't have any issues with her eyes, and that was at least a year or two ago. She hasn'thad any issues with that since." I was confused on why he even brought that up, but didn't think anything of it at this time. So again, fast forward a couple weeks, and I received another bill for this visit. I was entirely confused on why there was an additional charge for my other child's visit. I called billing department, and they reviewed the notes and said it was because I talked about her eyes bothering her at the visit, and this is an additional charge. I told the rep that I did not bring that up as a concern, and that the doctor was actually the one who brought it up. The rep said she'll submit it for review. I told her that I received the letter for review for my other child's visit, and the letter said that the charges were accurate. I asked what other options do I have to resolve this, because I still believe that the document given at the time of my son's appointment is misleading. The rep said I can file an appeal, and she can send my a document to start that process. I did not receive that document. However, I did recieve the review letter for my daughter's visit, which it also stated that they did not make an error, and the charges are correct. I had never had issues with Dr. Kloehn before. My oldest is over 15, and had seen him since he was an infant, so this is very devastating, to say the least. The inaccurate clinical documentation is what ultimately concerns me, then of course, dispute of charges. I would appreciate if someone can reach out to resolve this issue. As for now, I am uncomfortable with returning for my family's care.

David Kloehn, MD has been a wonderful pediatrician for my daughter. He gives lots of reassurance and takes his time explaining anything you have questions about. The OBs here are great as well.

Everyone that worked there and I interacted with was nice, thorough, and professional. Literally everyone. If you have Health Partners as your insurance and this clinic is in your area I would recommend it.

I am one of those unfortunate individuals that has a severe case of trypanophobia, but also requires frequent treatments and tests involving needles. I have never found a lab that respected and accommodated me more than this location, the staff from the docs to the front desk are great too!! Blood draws for me have historically been a new trauma each test for over 25 years due to difficult veins plus exasperated and impatient phlebotomists, where I take many stick attempts on a good day. Jackie in the lab is my hero where I will drive out of my way to see her specifically when I need lab work done. She takes the time up front to make sure the draw will go well, is always adaptable when things don't go according to plan and goes out of her way to make sure I'm comfortable before proceeding. She has singlehandedly restored my faith in lab techs after some horrible and disheartening past experiences at other clinics where I was treated like an inconvenience. I truly hope she knows how appreciated an empathetic person like her is in the healthcare system with her calming demeanor; I feel very fortunate to have found this clinic. She's amazing at what she does, thanks Jackie!
