Staff are pleasant and friendly. Care is thorough and complete with patient input a part of treatment planning. Physician encourages communication and is willing to answer all questions and explain procedures thoroughly. Very knowledgeable. Visits are not rushed or hurried allowing time for quality patient care. Definately recommend.
Dr. Key has a great medical personality! Easy to talk to and listens very well. I felt very comfortable with him accessing my husband's condition. Highly recommend by me!
Dr, Key is GREAT and deserves 5 stars. However the checkin process when you walk in the door can be daunting. Especially if you want a receipt. It takes way longer than checking in with a person, and starts off the experience less than favorably.
My appointment with Dr. Key went very well. He went over my history and meds and told me to check my BP at home for a few days to see if he needs to adjust any of my meds. He was very personable and didn't rush me thru. Only negative is I couldn't schedule my 6 month return appt until 7 months out.
Always have a good appointment, staff is friendly and helpful. I've been going to Dr. Key for years, l have always felt very confident while in his care. He has a great bed side manner.
