Henry Ford Medical Center - Woodhaven

I was refused my scheduled annual physical appointment upon check-in because I did not agree with a term in the general consent agreement; to take pictures during visits and such. Apparently the attending medical professional has the authority to refuse treatment to a person based on such a term. Due to needing my BP prescription renewed, I was FORCED to sign the agreement for Grace, the PA, to agree to see me.

This was my first time here and I was very impressed! Check in was done online and once I sat in the waiting room I was called to the back writing 5 minutes. Nice, friendly and professional staff! So thankful to have found this place.

So thankful that HF Woodhaven got my husband in so quickly. CNP Hunter Kuzmiak was amazing, explaining everything so throughly to us. Ashley her medical assistant was very nice and took great care of my husband. Very happy we went there. Also thank you to the pharmacist and staff, quickly filled the Rx for my husband and the pharmacist explained everything to us and told my husband to get well soon.

This was my first time coming here for a same day visit, and everything went smoothly. The staff were incredibly friendly and kind. I saw Stephanie Workman, FNP-BC, and she was amazing... she asked plenty of questions and took her time assessing my issue. She made sure I didn't leave without a clear understanding of the possible cause and the need for follow up. Bottom line: I would definitely come back if needed.

I am 81 years old & have never had a Doctor make me cry & feel stupid. I saw Dr. Saleh Alenzi on Oct. 6th, 2025 & was scolded like a child because I didn't have a medication list on paper. I explained I had done the pre-registration in "My Chart". What is the sense of doing a pre-registration for if the Doctor insists you carry a paper list containing all of your medications. That is why they are on the computer. I do not know the brand name of any of my meds, I only know them by their generic name & what I take them for. I should not be chastised for it. The only medical thing he did was listen to my chest, front & back, with a stethoscope, through my clothes. His chart notes state he did several things he did not do. He did ask me if I had any questions & I said NO. I couldn't get out of there fast enough. One other thing he did ask me if I wanted an EKG as I was having chest pain & I said NO. Once more, I just wanted out of there. Please note that the nurse's were fantastic! I did get my flu shot so this visit wasn't a total waste. I would never go to this Doctor again!!! My PCP for years has been Dr. Rodney Gilreath. Even though he is very hard to get an appointment with, he is a wonderful Doctor & so are his Nurses.
