I see Kristen Kruger she is amazing and very caring wonderful Dr. she has never rushed at any of my appointments , she has been my Dr sense early 2000 I will never see anyone else as long as she is in office . Words can not express what a wonderful Dr she is I am so thankful and blessed .

Dr. Dell has been my doctor since the mid to late 1990's, and I can't say enough how pleased I've been with his services. The staff is professional, effective and caring. I've recommended many people to visit this facility. A great medical team.

Always great care. Every staff member (front office and back office)friendly and caring. Sometimes they can be a little rushed as they are an urgent care as well but I never leave with questions unanswered, the right medications, correct tests scheduled and follow up appointments. I'll be the first to admit that I am not always the best or easiest patient to deal with but they are always professional and treat me with respect. Will never go anywhere else.

Dr. Dell has been my primary for more than 20 years, including the entire time he has been in practice here. He and the people he has hired into his practice are the best of the best. These people know me and my entire family, care about us, remember what has gone on in our lives over 20 years, and provide accurate care.

Unfortunately I have called no less than 6 times and continue to be told that a billing miscode (with Beaumont lab) will be resolved. I have given them a copy of the bill at their request. It has not been resolved. They are always nice but do not follow through. It is entirely frustrating. There has never been any follow up indicating it can't modified or that it was addressed. Doesn't matter how good a doctor is if the staff is not helpful.
