Henry Ford Cardiothoracic Surgical Associates - Warren Hospital

I was really saddened to see how many elderly people were struggling with the kiosk. Literally 3 patients left because they were unable to maneuver through the process. I think this should not be in there, due to the age of the patient that are serviced there and are not tech savvy. It was awful !!!!! Not one person in receptionists area would come out and assist. I have been coming there for years and I have never experienced such nonsense.

Had to ask the ENT Daniel Martin to check her ears, spent 3 seconds on her nose and gagged my special needs adult daughter with the tongue depresser. Seemed like he had no interest in helping my daughter. When I asked if he could check her lungs because she's been wheezing he reminded me he's and ENT and "I guess I could try and find the stethoscope ." Would not recommend going to see him again.

Dr was knowledgeable with my polychondritis disease that destroys your cartilage. In my case the ears are the target. 1st time with the Clinic. Sadly, there hasn't been any new treatments in 20 years for me. I will go back and recommend the group.

It was a wonderful service today. I got right in. My questions got answered. Everybody was friendly ! Dr. shield is Amy, her nurse, assistant, and the receptionist. We're all nice keep up the great work.

Staff was very polite. The wait time from check-in until seeing the doctor was very short. Dr. Martin was very professional and informative of my matter.
