Angie was very kind and patient with me and my family. I have an autistic son, she kept him very calm and went above and beyond for him and my mother who is wheelchair bound. Dr. Rashed was very thorough and great as well. I highly recommend. Great place for care. Thank you everyone

Angie was so very nice to me. I had an issue with an appointment not long ago. My phone wasn't receiving any phone calls for Premier Cardiology because have a Spam App on it so, if a number isn't in my call log, my phone will not ring. I missed a call from Premier to verify a procedure if I was coming. it was a medication that was needed for a Stress Test. I can to my appointment, and the medication wasn't ordered. I never got reimbursed for my parking. I wasn't seen because the receptionist didn't see an appointment in the computer. This was such an inconvenience. I am on a fixed income. I just don't have monies that I just give away. I spoke to Angie on the phone, and she was so apologetic. One individual had the nerve to ask me if I came on time. I asked her what did my time have anything to do with someone didn't order the medication for the Stress Test after I had confirmed my appointment. I told Angie about my phone not receiving calls. She confirmed my appointment with me on the phone. She assured me that my appointment was confirmed. She was so apologetic. So today I met Angie. It was a pleasure meeting her. She was so pleasant with me, and another letter that was ahead of me. As angry as I was on the day that I came in for my Stress Test, she never got angry with me. She was so apologetic, and that made me feel so much at ease. Today, I had to tell her how pleasant she was. Thank you Angie for everything.

Angie was phenomenal, I was a little nervous but she made me feel relaxed. She made me laugh and helped me understand things. This is a great office and I highly recommended going to stay healthy. The ladies at the front desk all were super nice as well.

Awful office schedule department . Made an appointment with different doctor . Then rescheduled with different doctor a week longer to wait. Didn't want to schedule same day due to no appt... not caring for patients at all!!!!

Dr. Ramappa IS JUST THE BEST!! I brought my mom & dad for the first time to see Dr. Ramappa! All I can say is that she is wonderful! She is such a great listener and caring doctor which is hard to see these days! Once she get their history she layed out and dominated a detailed plan. Could not ask for anything better! The office staff are also great and professional!
