Called to make an appointment for the first time and was already somewhat nervous about doing so as I haven't been to a cardiologist before. I tried to explain my situation and the staff cut me off with "I don't know what you're talking about." She did end up checking to see if they had an order from my internist on record, but was patronizing throughout and hung up on me at the end as I tried to thank her for at least looking for the information, which she didn't find. Medical offices are supposed to work to help folks stay healthy, not go out of their way to belittle and try to humiliate them. I will be going somewhere else.
