Called to make an appointment for the first time and was already somewhat nervous about doing so as I haven't been to a cardiologist before. I tried to explain my situation and the staff cut me off with "I don't know what you're talking about." She did end up checking to see if they had an order from my internist on record, but was patronizing throughout and hung up on me at the end as I tried to thank her for at least looking for the information, which she didn't find. Medical offices are supposed to work to help folks stay healthy, not go out of their way to belittle and try to humiliate them. I will be going somewhere else.

Dr. Tim is wonderful and have no complaints about him at all. The woman at the front desk is terrible and RUDE!! I've called 3 times to explain what is going on. The woman that answers the phone is rude and won't even listen to what you have to say before snapping at you and transferring you away from her. I will be speaking with Dr. Tim directly about this when I come in for next appointment. Very frustrating to have such poor treatment in an already stressful situation

If you want to live I suggest you dont go there.i went in Mat because tests showed I was brachicardic. I asked about a pacemaker. I was told everything was so good my echo had been cancelled. I was told to call if I was ever short of breath.I was medically cleared for shoulder replacement surgery.Approximated 10 days later I had difficulty breathing while walking. That was a Sunday. I called a nurse the following day. She asked if I had done anything different I told her that I had a test involving dye 5 or 6 days earlier. She said it was probably an allergic reaction. I kept repeating onthatthe doctor said to call if I ever had trouble breathing. On Friday I went to urgent care and they immediately called an ambulance as I was in complete heart block. In about an hour I was in surgery for a pacemaker.i called the office 3 times to speak to management but never made contact

I have no complaints about the physicians and their services. But their office visit system is really bad. Wait time is in excess of one hour from the appointment time. This is not a one time situation but repeated every time I visit. Totally unacceptable.

I have a been a patient at this office for sometime. My insurance of course changes which is a common thing that happens and then they tell you cannot change doctors. That does not make any sense. So if one doctor takes your insurance, and the other doctor does not, you still can't change which does not make any sense I work in a dental office, and I have never seen such disrespect from a front desk, The doctors In Great. They should clean out the front desk of employees and hire ones that actually care about their patients before the ship goes down.
