Doctor Ramos takes his time with each patient. He is thorough and will not rush you through procedures. He has helped me and my young brother with heart issues.

Dr Ramos is the best dr in the world he saved mine and and babies life.. I will be forever grateful for him he's one of the nicest and funniest people I know.. I had to many things going on with my hear to explain but it's been 8 years and I'm still ticking.. also all his staff are the best too and they treat you like family

I received an invoice from Ramos and Associates, a doctor group I have never heard of. I have called the office 3 times requesting information on what services were performed and when, but no answer; just another invoice with a threat to send my account to collections. All I want is to know who you are and what you did. I realize that many folks see you during a hospital stay but I deserve to know who I am paying. Just return my call.

AUGUST 2014 HAD MAY PACEMAKERS RELOCATED. MONTHS LATER INFECTION. NUMEROUS TIMES TAKING ANTIBIOTICS THROUGHOUT THE YEAR. IN THE MONTH OF MAY THIS YEAR I CALLED YOUR OFFICE THE RECEPTIONIST ASKED ME IF THE PACEMAKER WAS WORKING AND I SAID YES, SHE TOLD TO GO TO MY FAMILY DOCTOR. NOT ONLY DID I HAVE AN INFECTION THE PACEMAKER WAS AGAIN COMING OUT OF MY BODY. FINALLY IN JUNE I WENT TO EMERGENCY AND WAS ADMITTED AND THEY OPERATED ON JULY 1ST. THEY REMOVED THE PACEMAKER AND WIRES AND ETC. AND TOLD ME THAT I DIDN'T NEED IT ANYMORE. TWO WEEK IN THE HOSPITAL ON ANTIBIOTICS AND BLOOD THINNERS, I WAS SENT HOME FOR ANOTHER MONTH WITH A PICK TO HAVE 2 DOSES AND DAY OF ANTIBIOTICS. IM STILL ON BLOOD THINNERS BECAUSE OF THE INFECTION I HAVE 2 BLOOD CLOTS. I REALLY THOUGHT DR. RAMOS RENATO WAS LOOKING OUT FOR MY BEST INTEREST, I AM SO HURT AND DISAPPOINTED I PUT SO MUCH FAITH IN HIM. IT WAS EASIER TO PUT A PACEMAKER IN THEN DO WHAT WAS RIGHT
