Had a great experience from entering the building. Staff was helpful and pleasant at check-in. Medical Assistant was better than great, having just the right amount of interaction to support the professional and welcoming atmosphere. The doctor was amazing. He listened carefully and gave honest opinions that were much appreciated.

Dr. Paragi was extremely caring and thorough during my post-surgery follow-up. She took the time to ask detailed questions, listened patiently, and carefully reviewed all the notes from my surgery. When I mentioned how uncomfortable I was and how difficult it had been to sleep, she adjusted my pain medication to help me find relief. What stood out most was her compassion and willingness to address every question -- not just mine, but also my daughter's. We left the appointment feeling truly heard, cared for, and confident in my recovery plan and necessary future appointments. I'm very grateful for her attentiveness and professionalism.

Amazing staff! From check in to techs to doc every single staff member treated me with kindness and respect. I felt pampered like when your mom takes care of you when you're a sick kid. They gave me heated blankets while I got my iv fluids, checked on me regularly, explained my condition and treatment. they got me from feeling at deaths door to incredible in less than 8 hours. They are incredible here. Best emergency room experience of my life.
