I've been a patient at BiCounty Physicians in St. Clair Shores for a while now, and I've consistently had great experiences with the entire team. Dr. Haurani is incredibly thorough and really takes the time to listen and explain everything in a way that's easy to understand. I always feel like he genuinely cares about my health and well-being. I've also seen Dr. Alrais, who is just as attentive and knowledgeable. He makes sure all of my questions are answered and never makes appointments feel rushed. Brandon Grady, the PA, is fantastic as well--professional, friendly, and very detail-oriented. I always feel comfortable and confident in the care I receive. From scheduling to follow-up, the staff has been helpful and efficient. It's reassuring to know I have a team I can trust for my medical care. I highly recommend BiCounty Physicians to anyone looking for a dependable and compassionate practice.

Only Dr. Worth seeing is dr. Mathew. She understands.. Other then her AVOID this office. RUDE, Dr snd Sarah office manager does nothing. Seeing a new PCP and they wont fill my seizure scripts. AVOID THIS PLACE.... This place horrible. Alrais has zero clue on addiction..Thanks for cutting me off medication needed for seizure. My Lawyer will be contacting u

One of the best offices I've been too. Exceptional customer service from the entire staff. The office & Doctors are all amazing. Exceptional care. They really care about their patients! If I could rate more than 5 stars, I would.
