First time there. Sign in was easy. Reception was very kind and helpful. Assistant was kind and concerned. PA was thorough, kind and helpful. Diagnosed with influenza A. They sent in my prescription to my pharmacy and I am on the road to recovery. Yes, I will highly recommend this place
Just visited this urgent care today and had a great experience. It was very clean, quiet, and speedy (i was in and out in about 30 minutes) Cassandra and Stacie were at the front desk and were very friendly, helping me with my vitals and sending my prescription. After my vitals, I met Ryan who was a great listener and very knowledgeable. He walked me through all the steps for treatment and i left knowing exactly what i need do to help myself feel better. Thank you to this team!
The staff was very helpful & polite from the time I walked in & told me everything I need to know and what was going to happen so I made my appointment on line & waited maybe 15 minutes and they took me in the room asked questions maybe 5 minutes later the doctor came in. Asked what was going on & checked me out & put me on medication. It was a very good experience I am happy I went there. I will go back if I have other issues.
I've taken all of my kids here. We've never waited longer than five minutes to be seen. The doctor is very pleasant and thorough. The front desk staff is very pleasant and helpful and made my kids feel very comfortable. 10/10 best urgent care we've been to in the area!
I was a walk in patient early morning on Saturday, November 22, 2025. One patient was ahead of me in the waiting room. The waiting room, office space, and examination room were bright, clean, with medical supplies neatly organized. Staff included a receptionist, nurse, and physicians assistant. All staff members were friendly, and professional. The entire process lasted one hour, after which I left with advice on dealing with my medical concerns for the short and long term. I would go there again.
