The worst office visit I've ever seen. Had to wait over a hour after my appointment time. Doctors maybe good but the office staff is very unprofessional. It's been 2 weeks since my appointment and still no call for scheduling test. When I called it was like they couldn't be bothered. I will not be going back and would not recommend.

Worst service ever. I work for a hospital, called Dr. Hashem, Mustafa's office for continuation of care. I was put on hold for 22 minutes the first time I called. I hung up and called back within 5 minutes, was put on hold for another 9 minutes. Called back and was put on hold for another 15 minutes. On my end, am trying to assist family member and a physician at the same time.

Well he is a good doctor. But waiting every single time 2-3 hours. He never keeps his appointment time unless you are maybe having a procedure done. And the staff are just rude and argumentative if you say anything at all. They were like get a different doctor then?! Really? He just doesn't care about you waiting so long. If you are late at all you can't be seen even when it's perfectly ok for him to be 3 hours late. I'm going to have to get another cardiologist.

The worst front disk and doctor assistants for Dr. Hashaim , i called many time to ask about my mom medications and clearance for travel, literally i called more than four time to ask them or to delver the message it to the doctor . We finfished the 30 day so i called to make sure shall continue with her medication unfortunately she is rude , unprofessional she don't really care. replayed me with "u should know ur medications and whatever the Dr. Told u on ur visit u must follow I explained to her the situation and after 3 calls she decided to ask him or maybe she just lie about that . I also asked her about travel clearance she said if not necessary she dont have too , she made the decision from her mind without asking the doctor then she suppose to go and ask him . And totally ignore me , i also want to make an appointment i was told he is going to be out of town till August so at least there should be another person covering him. I believe if someone lazy to work stay in their home this a patient life not a joke to be that much careless. I decided to find another cardiologist for my mom .

He is the best heart Dr. in area. I put all my faith and trust in him and for a lot of years. The staff is wonderful. I have a lot of family members that go to him too because of me. Don't know what I would if he wasn't our heart dr.
