My wife went in there with blood in her urine. They charged us and did nothing. The sorry doctor did nothing. She later was doubled over and we had to go to the emergency room. Stay away from this place. They work as hard as they can to do as little as they have to. There is a no star option, or I would have chose that.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would people are nice, but I'm not there to be nice. I'm there to figure out what's wrong with me. I went in thinking I had strep. They only tested for strep. Came back negative, so they sent me on my way with some nasal spray and allergy medicine. Didn't send off any more information to see what I may have. I've never felt worse in my life. This is so poor not to mention. I sat there for 30 minutes when I was literally the only person in there
My visit from the moment I walk through the door to when I left took approximately 20 minutes. The lady that was working at the desk took my name, verified my insurance and told me to go to room four. I didn't even have to wait in the waiting room. I went to the room and there was a person there who ran my vitals. She then told me the doctor would be in to see me. I was expecting to wait for the doctor but she did immediately come in. She addressed all my medical concerns. When I left the Urgent Care clinic and was heading home, I received a phone call from my pharmacy that my prescriptions were ready for pickup. Seamless service. Everyone worked very well together. Good teamwork. This is so important when you're not feeling well.
Really nice staff and very clean facility. Been a few times myself and last time I needed to take my 5yo- they were very gentle and kind with her when she got scared.
Very quick and efficient, everyone working there were kind and professional. Dr. Solomon was great , very personable and knowledgeable. I actually recommend my sister to go see Dr Solomon the same day I did when I heard my sister was having a medical situation.
