My stay there was excellent. From the time I registered for surgery until I was discharged was excellent. The nurses, anisssaoligest and Doctors was very attentive and compassionate to my need. The Nurse that gave me my medication was very, very attentive. I forgot her name. I was in room 349. Thank you so very much for your care for me. I really, really appreciate it. The Heart Institute is a Awesome place to be if you have Heart issues. I have been with them for some years now and they Take great care of me . Also there is a nurse name SHARON AT Providence Hospital that I will never forget about. She always has a place in my Heart for tenderness and kindness and how she took care of me a few years back . She will always be a blessing to me and very special
Overall, I had a good experience. It got off to a rocky start because my order wasn't properly read, my prep wasn't given & my procedure had to be rescheduled. I'm new to Dr. Sareen, Cardiologist. Trish, RN (Cardiology Office) apologized & sincerely worked to rectify the issue & get me rescheduled (& others in the office helped, too). Once in the Cardiology procedure area, for my CT, I encountered some professional staff; i.e. PCT (didn't give name=VS, & EKG, Julie C., & Ro RNs, Dr. Z Cardiology Fellow, Janine RT & Ray??, in CT room. Thanks to them all.
Dr George and his amazing team have saved my life. I am more grateful then any person can possibly be. If your looking for people that go above and beyond you need not look further.
Ascension heart institute I am very grateful for the level of care and support that was given to my husband with his heart surgery and after care that really exceeded all expectation.Everyone was kind ,caring and professional . My husband had coronary bypass for three main arteries that was blocked and caused a sudden heart attack He is diabetic with high cholesterol and a smoker with hypertension and anxiety ,within one week they put him on the right track and regulated his levels to make the surgery go smoothly Dr.Christopher and his team took their time to explain and evaluate every aspect to us as we went through it and luckily the surgery was a success and the recovery was a lot easier than anticipated From the bottom of my heart thank you this is the best Hospital for heart care.
