Update: The office Manager, Sarah contacted me after speaking with Dr. Hanna, he did in fact order the medicine for my husband. Sarah reassured me that she would be taking care of this and to contact her for future needs. The prescription was filled and on the way. *********** The terrible Medical Assistant, Leslie is literally holding up medication that keeps my husband from going to the ER. At our last Monday appointment with Dr. Hanna, he reassured us that he was sending out the needed medication to be filled. Leslie, who is NOT our Doctor, even told the medication manufacturer a lie that my husband takes the medicine at the same time as another one. He NEVER takes it the same day. I asked for Doctor Hanna to call me over a week ago and still no response. I'm only guessing that Leslie never told him. You should never have to fight with a bully to get the care that you need. Also my husband is a Retired Army Combat War Veteran. I am hoping Leslie reads this because this issue is not going away. Next stop State of Michigan Medical complaints. Have Dr. Hanna call me.

John has been patient with Dr. Hanna very excellent service. Even when John fell in parking lot they were outside helping me. Dr. Hanna very kind and knowledgeable.

Hands down the best doctor I see. Very knowledgeable, respectful, and professional. He's a genius. To top it off, the staff at this office and some of the greatest people I've met. Sarah, Kristyn, and Anissa all go above and beyond to ensure that I am well taken care of. I truly wish all my doctors were as good as Dr. Sayed with the amazing staff like the girls I mentioned above. There are the NPs and PAs that work with the Doctor who are also very knowledgeable, professional, and empathetic to their patients. All around best team in the Metro-Detroit area.

Dr. Sayed is an excellent Doctor, he takes his patient care very serious. He chooses his staff wisely, he does not play around. I highly recommended him. Sure expect the long wait in the waiting room, but it is worth the wait. He would rather spend a great deal of time with his patient explaining things what has to be done, and the steps to follow no matter how long it takes. I no problems with his staff because I understand what they are going through. Oh, by the way they are not on there cell phones. Don't forget Dr. Sayed has other offices too. Sometimes other offices are contacting the other staff from a different office pertaining to the patients medical files, and test procedures that were performed at various hospitals that he is on staff at. So, 10 plus stars...the staff too.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sayed's since 2009. He is an excellent Dr. He has always treated me with respect and listens to me when I have a question or concern. Yes, there have been a few times over the years I have had to wait a little longer to see him, but that is not the norm, and is expected. That's because he cares about his patients and when an emergency arises he's there. I went into the hospital one time on a Saturday, he came in on Sunday to see me. How many do that?. Only wish his office staff was as good as him.
