Great Doctor but the staff, Leslie in particular, are bullies and think they are Doctors. Now she is holding up life saving medication that is the only thing keeping my husband out of the hospital. The Doctor, that took us a long time to see, told us at his appointment that he was going to be giving the medication to him but for some reason, Leslie thinks she overrides Doctors now. My husband is a Retired Army Airborne Ranger Combat War Veteran who just wants to be able to breath properly. I asked her to have the Doctor call me, but here we are, 4 days later and no call. This isn't the first run in with Leslie, if you don't follow through, you won't get what you need. I won't stop until my husband has what he needs to heal comfortably and properly.

Nice and knowledgeable doctor (Dr. Sayed), however the practice is terribly managed. For all three appointments I had at the office, I was seen late; with one appointment over an hour behind. Some tests were recommended by the doctor and the front desk scheduled me without any indication of the high costs and potential out of pocket expenses. Make sure to ask in advance for testing costs and verify with your insurance beforehand. It was a costly mistake on my part. When calling to pay the bill, I mentioned that I had not been contacted with the test results, and was told 'If nothing is wrong, they won't call you".

Dr. Hanna is absolutely fantastic! He is thorough in his questioning, has a a professional manner, and has visited me in the hospital in a timely manner. Dr. Sayed, in short, saved my father-in-law's life and gave him 5 additional years of quality life!

Have been seeing Dr.Sayad for over8 years a great doctor in the operating room but his office and billing staff are TERRIBLE , Was recently told that a bill their billing dept . Misbilled 8 years ago , and was told by doctor to forget about , needed to be paid or no more Appointments would be allowed! The staff will NOT pass on messages to the practice manager or the Doctor! So I now have to find a different doctor as they only renewed my scripts for 60 days. Too bad liked the doctor and his Assistant. Also be aware the billing dept. States it has up to 3 Months to deposit your checks , it depends on how many they have to deposit.
