Doctor M. El-hadda is amiable and amicable person. He welcomes me as an individual. I had seen him some years ago, and when I came back, he welcomed me wholeheartedly.He allowed me to express myself. His face expressed humanity. The doctor's staff members are remarkable. God bless.
The doctor was nice as was the staff. I will say, however, as a medical facility where things should be as least clean if not sterile. The room I was waiting in was definitely not. I'm not sure what was on the floor but I really wanted to scrub it with some soap and bleach. Maybe they need a new cleaning service.
I have been with Dr. EL-haddad since 2019 and I think he's a great doctor. He is personable and takes the time to listen to you. As well as accessible when you really need him and always has a plan when my heart starts acting up. I would certainly recommend him to my family or friends.
I first started seeing Dr El- Haddad in 2018 & I am still a patient of his.. when he comes in the room he greets you with a handshake & a smile. He shows concern when it comes to my health & when I have questions he will sit there & listen & talk to me, Dr El- Haddad does not rush to get you out of the room.. if I tell him something that my other doctors have said or suggested we will talk about it it's either yay or nay.. When I called the office & ask them if he can call me because I had questions about meds..The staff doesn't call me he calls me if I email him from the MyChart I get an instant response, that is what I love about Dr El- Haddad he will respond the day I sent an email or the very next day I don't have to wait 1 or 2 weeks.. honestly speaking he's the best doctor I have ever had! I am very pleased with Dr. El Haddad and his staff. He was personable while remaining very professional. I never felt rushed or uncomfortable. He explained my heart condition to me in simple terms, for my best understanding. And helped me with a pharmacy issue, that needed to be changed. A very pleasant experience with caring knowledgeable people. I am Grateful.
