I'm not sure if I am satisfied with the care I received. I don't know if he heard me when I try to tell him what I'm feeling and what is going on with me. He only listens to my heart and goes off the past test results from other doctors. I don't know if I will be keeping him or replacing him because I am really suffering with 1% energy and he skipped right over that and did not address this condition at all.
The staff is very professional & friendly. Easy to get appointments. Dr. Jasti is very kmowledgeable, caring, thorough, explains things clearly & concisely and he goes as far as calling after hours to follow up and check on patients. Responds promptly to all questions presented via My Chart. Very happy with Dr. Jasti & his staff!
My appointment with Doctor Jasti was wonderful as usual. He is very thorough, explains everything and it's obvious that he takes the patients care very seriously. I like him very much and would Not hesitate to recommend him!!
Had a GREAT experience until I called and the nurse Melissa told me that they wouldn't see me because I haven't been in the office since 2021 as they were the one who always canceled my appointments, and Dr Jasti even said to me that U of M is going to be seeing me after my surgery. So now that I am in need locally I was told by Melissa to go to the ER!!! She was rude and said you can if you want to make an appointment. No help just plain rudeness!!! I get sent to U of M for my open heart surgery and can't even talk to a local office!!!
Hi, each and every time that I have an appointment with doctor Jasti, everyone is so professional and courteous. Doctor Justi takes his time to go over ur visit and compares it to ur last. He very thorough. I trust him and his discussion on every visit.
