I called to schedule a first time appointment. The receptionist was not pleasant at all! She asked me a few rushed questions then placed me on hold for 15mins.Then another receptionist came on the line and preceded to ask the same questions and said the other lady left. Not a good experience especially when you're having heart problems you would think they would care maybe a little more. So customer service is very important. I took my business to a establishment that at least seemed like they cared.
