Academic Cardiology Associates

I love Dr. Marsh. She's been a life saver and I totally appreciate all of the care that she's given me. It's been a whirlwind but she's made it more manageable and calmed my nerves. Would recommend her to anyone that I care about. And I MUST give a shout out to her assistant.. my gosh is he awesome. He should become a doctor!!!

Hard to reach the reception desk. I was on hold, waiting forover 30 minutes to schedule an appointment. Never was able to speak with a real person. Now I will drive to their location and schedule an appointment in person. Not enthused about their front line office staff whatsoever. But, they do have a great cardiologist on staff there.

Honestly surprised at the positive reviews with how grouchy the front desk women are. Their tone and body language was oddly aggressive for a doctor's office. Sorry that I'm required to check in with you before my appointment. Good lord. There is no need to embarrass a patient by acting as though they are stupid for not understanding something you had said. Seemed as though my existence being there was inconvenient for them.

Worst office I've ever dealt with. My mom has had issues with them processing her insurance that they told us they accept for two weeks due to a letter missing in her name. Their excuse was this was due to their own policy. This is something any competent office could have quickly verified or corrected. Instead, they delayed her care for two weeks so the stress and uncertainty of her exam can accumulate. We went to another provider who immediately accepted the same insurance without issue. Their negligence, lack of urgency is unacceptable. Avoid them at all costs.

Dr. Crystal Marsh at Rochester Hills Academic Cardiology is outstanding! I found Dr. Marsh to be knowledgeable, thorough, professional, and personable. You will also find the office staff to be very attentive , pleasant, and helpful.
