Dr. Ben Go, M.D.

I saw Dr Ben Go once for my yearly physical in February 2022 - yes 2022. He sent me to his lab "World Wide Labz" in the back of his office building. My yearly physical and blood work is covered by insurance at 100% and that was the case back in 2022. Now all of a sudden on Friday, 1-Nov-2024, yes 2024, I get a bill for these same lab services, from Feb-2022, in the amount of $1229.42. Called the "billing dept" listed on the statement and talked with Helen. Helen proceeds to tell me the previous billing company closed up shop - wonder if Dr. Go closed it up just to make me jump through hoops and "prove" these charges were indeed covered and paid back in 2022. Helen says to me "send us a copy of your explanation of benefits" - completely unacceptable and unprofessional. Glad I have since gone elsewhere for my medical care and utilized non-doctor owned lab for my blood work. As Dr. Go is also an attorney, I will be sure to have my attorney follow up accordingly should this "billing issue" Go (no pun intended) unresolved. Completely unacceptable and unprofessional

Dr. Go is pretty amazing. I decided to make an appointment with him after talking to a friend that has been his patient for over 20 years. The advice he gave my friend was so good, I thought maybe I needed to make Dr. Go my primary care physician, too. Long story short, I would recommend him to anyone. Not only is he incredibly smart, his bedside manner is great, and he is just a good guy. In my opinion, he treats his patients' mind, body, and soul with his knowledge and wisdom. It's pretty easy to tell he loves what he does. Medicine is his calling. If you need a good doctor, give him a try.

Way over booked, he just wants to get you in and out as fast as possible! I do not recommend!

I would never see another Dr. Sometimes long waits and staff issues like all professionals. I promise you he is worth the wait and patience with staff. He is kind, thorough, and cares about me. His wife is also wonderful who manages the office. He has a God given skill and passion for what he does. Thank you Dr. Go. Don't change.

This Doctor is Amazing I had multiple health issues that no other Dr could figure out !!! Well Dr Go did and now I feel better and better every day I would definitely recommend him he is also very personable and takes his time with you. I have never felt rushed with him.
