Was great until it wasn't. Denied a simple refill of thyroid replacement medicine that has to be taken every day, non narcotic. Called twice a day, posted messages on the patient portal for a week prior, never any response. Spoke to PA, who said it's been 5 months since last appt. Ok....I'm not on a Medicaid plan that requires a visit more frequently...and was in treatment daily radiation for cancer in between which she knew about. If a visit was needed, I would have made the time but I already the next appt on the books too.Broke my trust, for no reason and no communication. Do not recommend

Dr Rassam is extremely polite and professional. She truly cares about me and my journey to improve my overall health. She allows me to ask and she answers them all. If you are looking for a fantastic physician choose Dr. Rassam.

Medical Assistant Jandy is exceptional! She is very professional , kind and excellent at drawing blood. She is very compassionate and listens to her patients needs and concerns and makes sure they are addressed accordingly. Every visit is always treated with care. Highly recommended. A special thank you to Najah Rassam, MD for making sure I have everything I need when it comes to my care.

Dr Najah Rassam is A VERY Outstanding, Professional, Caring and Through Doctor!! Here staff members that I interacted with: "Carolyn"(front desk) was quite pleasant and professional. "Jandy" (Prep) was a shadow of her leader! VERY professional, Through, & Caring!!

Probably an amazing doctor but good lord she has bad receptionist I've been trying to make an appointment for 3 weeks now and for some reason I'm always brushed off the phone today I was hung up on because I said i needed 2 seconds to grab something to write with... again probably a good doctor if you can actually get a decent receptionist to schedule an appointment. My sister is also waiting 2 weeks for lab results and no calls yet...
