Was great until it wasn't. Denied a simple refill of thyroid replacement medicine that has to be taken every day, non narcotic. Called twice a day, posted messages on the patient portal for a week prior, never any response. Spoke to PA, who said it's been 5 months since last appt. Ok....I'm not on a Medicaid plan that requires a visit more frequently...and was in treatment daily radiation for cancer in between which she knew about. If a visit was needed, I would have made the time but I already the next appt on the books too.Broke my trust, for no reason and no communication. Do not recommend
