I checked in into my appointment today at 12:37 and didn't get seen until almost 2 pm. Waited patiently for over an hour. Left my appointment around 2:30 Just disappointed with the whole experience!

The order from your Dr. is never delivered to them. You must have a copy of the order when you call for your appointment. You must bring your physical order with you to the appointment. It's like they are working in 1982. When you arrive, you will be greeted with all the warmth of a new recruit arriving a boot camp. Really not great. Results are not delivered to your Dr. reliably nor are they put on the portal. I'm calling to check on the status of my stress test. "We send them out automatically. Sometimes that works and sometimes it doesn't." Can you mail them to me? "No, we cannot." Can you put them on the portal? "No, we cannot. You can drive over here and we can give them to you."
