Patient
I represent Hill Orthopedics. We recently had the opportunity to interact with Dr. Naoum's staff on matters related to a mutual patient. We contacted them the day before a scheduled procedure in hopes of obtaining a surgical clearance that the anesthesiologist required. Dr. Naoum's office fit the patient in that day, obtained the required labs, EKG and made sure we received our clearance first thing the following day. This level of attentiveness speaks volumes to how they care for their patient's needs as ultimately they did not do this for us, rather for their patient.
