We spent 9 days in the NICU unit in September and the doctor's and nurses were amazing! They took great care of our little guy, we couldn't have asked for better nurses! They were all super helpful and friendly. Special shout out to Jess and Josh, they were our absolute favorite nurses! All of the nurses are special, you can tell they really care about their little patients, and they go above and beyond to take care of them. They all really have big hearts and will forever hold a special place in mine.

A very horrible week that your staff worked so hard to make me feel the best I could. Test after test. Found things I have hoped I would never have to deal with. Left worn out but a plan to get normal again! Your staff from doctors to techs to nurses did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as was possible. At home now. Tired, weak getting better by the day,. Thank you all, for what you do!!!

The doctors, nurses, and staff at UP Health System Marquette Hospital Emergency Department made incredible decisions, providing stellar Emergency Medical treatment. It's stressful to go to a doctor and be told to report to the Emergency Department immediately. However, the friendly staff made me feel safe and assured that I'd receive the best care. I am forever grateful to everyone at UP Health System in Marquette. In the event of a medical emergency requiring immediate care, I rest easily knowing these wonderful healthcare professionals are located in Marquette.

I was there for about 8 hours and I didn't need to be. They had me in a bed right in front of the nurses station and the Dr their talked an awful lot about himself and rarely moved from behind his computer after they told me my scan results would take 30-60 minutes finally after about 2 hours I finally flagged down a nurse to ask about them and help to go to the bathroom and here it was the same Dr that talked about himself the whole time that gave me my results, so irritated I could've been gone hours ago. I was there on vacation so my husband and 2 little boys were waiting to pick me up. I've had alot of experiences in hospitals I have never been treated this badly he was so rude and I was completely ignored by the rest of the staff and I was right in front of them, plus they told me wrong info which is now prolonging my healing and causing more pain than it should. The ladies that did my ultrasound and cat scan were amazing, super nice and friendly. The rest of them not so much!!

The nurses were kind, but I was discharged with a walker. They didn't know if my insurance would cover it and they didn't provide me with any documentation regarding why they gave it to me or how long I would need it. This has made it infinitely harder to get a disability parking placard. Apparently I'm not well enough to walk, but I still have to walk to classes. The doctors in the ER tried to discharge me three separate times without asking to see me walk. Once they saw me try to walk, I was admitted. Before someone comments the generic response, my friends and I requested to talk to a patient advocate while I was in the hospital, and no one came around.
