Dr Gardi is the best! Always kind and more than willing to explain everything to me. I ask a lot of questions and he takes the time to let me know exactly what I need to do. His staff is so wonderful and Faye is amazing! When I needed to make sure my blood pressure medication was on track she was always available to consult with. So very happy with the entire practice here and know I am in good hands. If you want excellence this is where you will find it

First you set appointment then I was reminded 20 times of the appointment I arrived 15 minutes early there was no where to sit. 1 staff person just standing behind the counter doing nothing 2nd staff person was on phone a line of people to sign in or maybe have questions. After all this we waited 2 1/2 hours to be told we need to reschedule for the other tests because they are just to busy today. This was the worse experience since oakwood closed. Trinity you really need to take a long look at your system this was just terrible on so many levels. But I bet my insurance still got charged I bet you got your co pay upfront. These doctors offices have to do better period.

Very rude staff. I called to make an appointment and the lady said she would call me back. I waited 45 minutes and then I called her again. She said, (really snotty) I told you we were doing cardio...and I would call you back! All she had to say was around how long it would be or even the next day. They also in the office refused to tell me where the tee test was. Then when I had to cancel (I called 3 times) and they said I didn't cancel. I'm not going back there again.Two of the staff told me my appointment was never scheduled. To have a heart condition and be abused by the staff because of one rude staff is mean. I hope others read this and consider another place to go. My appointment for the 19th was already cancelled on the 15th. But, per usual, your staff said she cancelled it and did not. Please cancel it again!

Your front desk check in & check out are very rude. Don't even look at the patients!!

Very Disappointed about how they answer calls rude unprofessional the people who answer calls talking to me and yelling at me and the second time I called back to give them my insurance information the lady was laughing on the phone!! called to make an appointment as a new patient's and now I don't feel comfortable even going to the clinic. And concern about if I'm going to get good service!!
