Patient
I am so grateful for Dr. Anthony Miller. My 84 year old father with Parkinson's ended up in the hospital because he could not pee. He had forgotten to take his prostate meds. After having a catheter and back on his meds for 2 weeks things had not improved. His urologist's nurse practitioner at Lansing Institute of Urology said he needed to get cystoscopy. However there were no appointments available with the urologist on his calendar for this 20 minute procedure over 2 months! I begged for some consideration to fit my father in due to his Parkinson's and age and the hardship it would cause having a catheter for so long. Even after the cystoscopy most likely my dad would need surgery which could also be weeks out. My pleas fell on deaf ears. I knew Dr. Anthony from my mom's kidney stone surgery a year earlier so I called his office. He got us in right away for a new patient appointment, then cystoscopy and then surgery. All in all it was about 4 weeks start to finish. And the surgery was a complete success. Dr. Miller has my undying gratitude for being there when we needed him.
