I saw Tim Sloan at this facility. He is extremely caring, patient and kind. He asks questions, goes over my records, and explains everything so that I can understand. I appreciate the location being so close to my home.

My physician has given me great care. The office staff is another issue. My surgery was canceled because they couldn't find the decency to tell me I needed to have a "cardiac clearance", to have surgery rescheduled. Furthermore, they called me saying I needed 2 tests to be done, which would keep me ANOTHER 4 weeks from being able to schedule surgery!! The secretary was NOT looking at the correct chart, she was looking at someone else's!! Then a couple days later, I got another call from another secretary asking if I could come in on a certain day to have my echo done...I was scheduled THAT day to come in

10 weeks ago, I discovered they owe us over $100 in multiple office visit charges that were later covered by insurance. They never bothered to tell us on subsequent visits. They said they would send a check, but 10 weeks and 6 calls later, I'm still getting the run around. They only seem to have a protocol for collecting money, not giving it back. Week 11. I visited the office. Still don't have my money. They gave me a Gmail for the financial person. No phone number. Said that person only works from home. Sounds shadier every day. Week 13. Gmail person, who appears to be the owner's wife, took 4 days to respond and said by end of month. It's end of month and I still haven't been paid. Into week 14. Visited the office again. Owner wouldn't talk to me. His wife called, made more promises. Week 15. Finally got paid, but Mrs. Choo wrote the check a full week after her email. Never once got an apology from the Choos. Incompetent or dishonest? Either way, they don't give a fork.

This clinic puts the "CARE" in healthcare. Every person on staff is friendly, courteous, competent and professional. I've never met a healthcare professional as patient, caring, considerate, and compassionate as Timothy Sloan, PA-C. I recommend this practice very highly.
