Loved Dr. Patel, now starting to get comfortable with Dr. Gifford, no issues there. It's the staff/scheduling. Could not come into the office due to illness so I needed a virtual visit. In saying that received emails to pay at 2 PM. I paid. Then I received a log in email at 3 for my 4:30 appointment. I called in and sat on the call for 1 1/2 hr because I needed antibiotics prior to Christmas. While I was waiting my wife called the after hours number and spoke to a nice woman who said we would get a call back and nothing. Called in on Christmas eve it just rang and rang. Needless to say I was not able to get anything for my issue, I couldn't even get a call explaining why I was pushed. Just think it's gotten so bad in the office settings everywhere this is the new normal.

I had been a patient at this practice since 1990s until this year. Dr. Rosso had taken me from many stages of my life, ie death of parents, divorce, health care issues, etc. Dr. Rosso is the most qualified, caring, attentive physician a person could ask for. Sadly, she retired. I had noticed the staff attire changed to the negative quite a bit since being absorbed by Ascension vs stand alone practice. Dirty snow boots in summer months, scrubs extremely tight. I have made a decision to switch practices

I love this office- Dr Tesch, Dr Rosso, and Sarah NP are all great! The MA @ checkout on 09/29 didn't acknowledge me when I walked up to desk & said hello, and had her mask pulled completely underneath her chin. I stood there for about 3 minutes w/o her even glancing up at me and then I left. Great doctors/staff, but won't be stopping to checkout if I see that MA again.

Dr Tesch and the new nurse practitioner ( Sarah?) are very thorough. The nursing staff, scheduling, etc are all kind and patient. The office is efficient and organized while still being care-oriented and kind. So glad I found this office

I'm always seen quickly at the office. Excellent care and service.
