Dr and staff are cavalier and insensitive to their patient, behaving as though this procedure is no big deal. Dr paid little attention to patient; no eye contact; impersonal. Staff wisked around her tasks without informing patient of each next step. They chatted among themselves about an email incident that each was aware of. How about paying attention to the patient? Deal with office issues later. Both were totally detached from the immediate patient, I feared for my eye. May not return to GRO.

Dr. Gohel explained my condition (ocular stroke) also explained my treatment plan and even committed to sending diagnosis to my primary care Dr. As well as my cardiologist. Professional, caring, compassionate, I was a bit emotional and stressed but Dr. Gohel was able to calm my fears and treated my eye without incident. It will be very hard for you to find another Dr. for eye care equal to Dr. Gohel and staff. Thank you GRO and Dr. Gohel. I stand by my review. After 4 eye injections, you won't find anything more qualified organization their your eye care. Thank you Dr. Gohel and staff.
