Grand Primary Care

From the phone call to schedule, to the check out after my first visit, my experience with Courtney and Grand Primary Care was great! The office is bright and clean. Courtney is thorough, patient, and knowledgeable. She explained as she worked, taking the time to answer all of my questions. She reviewed previous records with me, asked for my insight, and came up with a care plan that I understand and am in agreement with. Even though I haven't had a Primary Care Provider in years, Courtney was not judgemental and helped get me up to date on all the necessary medical things I let slide by. My overall experience was wonderful and I look forward to working with Courtney in the future!

Courtney is an absolute joy to have as a primary care provider. Any time I had a visit with her, I felt welcomed, safe, heard,and cared for. I always felt our visit to be a safe space to discuss any concerns whether it be physical or mental health, or even just a listening ear. She always showed the utmost care and compassion. With Courtney as your primary care provider, you are more than just a patient. You are family. I wouldn't want anyone else to be my primary care provider.

Courtney has been the missing piece to my healthcare. She is kind, intelligent and a great listener. She's truly hearing me and able to translate my healthcare needs into a plan that meets me where I'm at. Cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Courtney reached out to my son's school about sports physicals. We are just new to Junior high experiences, we didn't realize that a well child and sports physical were basically the same thing and his insurance wasn't going to cover it until later on. He needed it done to be able to participate, she was offering sports physicals for these kids understanding that this happens. She made my son feel incredibly comfortable and answered all the questions that he had. He was even cracking jokes at the end of the appointment, we immediately switched from our PCP to her. She prioritizes making you feel like a person and understanding, her office is beautiful and she's very timely. My son ended up dropping the paper for his physical and she took the time out of her already busy schedule to call me back and forward it to my email. She goes above and beyond and I highly recommend her to everyone. I'm so happy to have someone like her in our community.

It's the first time in 30 years that I felt like I was in a family doctor again. Not an assembly line to charge insurance companies. I highly suggest giving this hometown family physician a try :)
