Appointment started on time, rooms were neat and clean. Tech assistant reviewed meds, made changes, checked vitals and did EKG. Once finished I was assured the Dr. would be right in. He was, Dr. Tim reviewed all blood work, and vitals coordinating the medication to the past and current dosages. Everything was discussed, exercise, diet, sleep, water intake and socialization, hobbies etc. He listened to lungs and heart, checked for swelling in my legs and ankles. He explained the new terminology for heart failure scale that the insurance companies are using. I felt very satisfied with the explanation and the time taken was approximately 25-30 minutes. A next appt. was scheduled and I rec'd a summary of the office visit.
