Exceedingly kind and exceptionally competent, Dr. Badran is a true God-send. I cannot imagine a better guide and helper for a family navigating the challenges of caring for a child with congenital heart defects. Her team is also without compare. Each caregiver is uniformly compassionate, knowledgeable, and skilled. These remarkable people saved our son's life and gave us hope in the midst of our most daunting parenting challenges. We'll be forever grateful.
From the moment we arrived to our departure, we felt valued, warm, and supported. I cannot say enough about Dr. Badran and her excellent team. The facility helped us navigate to the cardiology department, the nurses brought smiles to our daughter's face (and ours), and the MD went above and beyond taking her time with us to explain/address our whole purpose of our visit. From the moment we arrived, every staff member was kind and welcoming and very helpful. They treated our 1 year old so kindly and helped make her as comfortable as they could and made sure she wasn't scared. They had to do some scary tests and the nurse was so patient with her and talked her through everything and even took out her own phone to play bluey to distract her. Dr. Badran was so reassuring and took her time to speak with us and even talk about my husbands health history to make sure we were fully informed. We didn't feel rushed or like we were just another patient to get through.Best hospital staff I've ever encountered. Highly recommend! Amazing staff

She took the time to explain everything clearly, helping us better understand the situation and the steps we could take to improve it. We left feeling informed, reassured, and very grateful for her care.
Dr. Sarah Badran is fabulous! She is very friendly, does not rush you and helps to ensure you and your child fully understand what is going on. I wish she could also be a pediatric family medicine doctor.
