I really like the heart failure clinic on Bradford Street. I go to this facility for my checks with Dr. Lee's office and I seen Emily Amato today. She answered all my questions and concerns and went over all my tests and vitals with me in depth. She is very professional and personable.
Attentive staff in checking in. Was called back to see doctor right on time. Emily Amato explained everything very well. Got all my medications taken care of and set appointment for further care and was directed to other medical doctors for my more invasive procedures. All in all was quite pleased with the care I received. All my concerns were addressed.
I only sat down in waiting room about 2 minutes and was called in for my appointment. All of the staff were friendly, thorough and professional. Overall 5 star service, every visit!
