I have been extremely pleased with Dr. Ranney's handling of my surgery. In pre- and post-surgery appointments he has been approachable, patient, and credible. He took all my questions seriously and gave thorough responses. He was direct and honest when describing potential risks, and while he made suggestions about best options, he also made it clear he would respect my decisions. And the surgery itself seems to have gone off without a hitch. If (God forbid!) I ever have to undergo a similar procedure again, Dr. Ranney would certainly be my first choice of surgeons.
