Super amazing doctor and staff. Front desk staff very friendly! They greeted you with a warm smile when we arrived. Wait time was less than 5 mins. Doctors, both the doctor and his Fellow were extremely kind, their bedside manner was very warm and gracious. Spoke to us like a human and gave us information that we could comprehend. Horrible follow-up with this practice. The Nurse's mailbox has been full for two weeks! I let them know two weeks ago and it's still full. God help any patient that's trying to get through to a nurse! I believe they really take advantage of elderly people like my parents who are in their 90's.
Terrible follow-up. The doctor was tough to reach, and when we finally talked to him, he made excuses. He did not return emergency calls for over a week and didn't seem to care. Sad.
He is a good doctor. He pays attention to his patients.
