So hard to schedule and just call to ask your doc a question. The system made answering a a quick question to get my blood drawn at Quest a nightmare... The tech and I kept calling just to get one question answered and they hung up on us and put us on hold forever. While I am sitting in the chair ready to get my blood drawn lol. I ended up giving up on Epic Health and driving to my doctor's office to ask them the question.
But they made me laugh with this audacity: They CALLED ME, and then when I said "hello", they paused for a second and then THEY HUNG UP ON ME. I couldn't believe it lol.
I am leaving Epic Health and going somewhere else.

Been a patient here for years & seriously considering changing doctors. Love Dr. Hardman & his staff. Since the changeover, it's terrible. You wait forever which you never had to before. Can't call the office & have other people calling your knowing all your information.

Epic Health is AWFUL in communication. having to talk to someone not at the office vis riduculous. The Dr office in Flint was great, but looking for a different Dr. where i can actually talk to someone at the same location where my dr appt is at.

Dr. Hardman's and staff is the best but however when you call EPIC the call center is horrible. The guy even called me a snotty brat. When all I was doing was trying to get my daily prescription squared away because I had to change pharmacies.
Thank you so much to the office lady's I went right up there and taken care of within 5 min.

Epic Health however is THE WORST!!!
I needed to speak to the office staff and they will Not put you through, being from India and not speaking clear English screws up appointment times and information that the office needs.
Get Rid of Epic Health!! It is Not Worth the Hassle!!!
