I had a good experience on December 2nd, from check-in to check-out. The entire process was smooth and efficient, but what really stood out were Debbie and Christy (sp?). Both were incredibly professional and took the time to thoroughly explain every step of the testing process, which put me at ease. They were friendly and personable throughout, and even apologized for the doctor running behind schedule. When pop culture trivia came up (related to my side gig), they were game to answer some questions, which made the time fly by. It's clear they genuinely care about creating a positive patient experience. Debbie and Christy (sp?) are real assets to your team!
