While visiting the area Dr. Patel was recommended. Staff were easy to schedule an appointment with. The doctor listened to my concerns and respected my views on the treatment course I felt was best for me. I have been a patient of Dr. Purvi Patel for over a decade. I was referred to her by the head of ER after been seen there several times. My renal system was fighting with my cardiac system. Dr. Patel it me on a protocol that took care of my anomaly. Other Dr.s would joke that I was just trying to get into JAMA. Dr. Patel addressed my health issues and I have not had to return to the ER to address this issue. She's thorough and conscientious. Honestly, I sometimes feel that she cares more about me than I do myself. I actually feel guilty when I don't follow through. I've had my share of health challenges and Dr. Patel has never made me feel unheard, insignificant or a bother. With as many issues as I have had, I'm grateful to have her as my doctor and thankful that I listened to the no nonsense ER doctor. I'm more responsible with my healthcare because I have a doctor that genuinely cares about me. Unfortunately for her, she treats my sons as well. We're all pleased with her and would give her a 10 out of 10.
She's unresponsive, unprofessional, only cares about what she can bill. Asked for a referral multiple times nothing no one has called nor responded. If anyone can refer me to a better primary care doctor please do, I'm so ready for a new physician.
Dr. Patel saw me in clinic as an "urgent" visit when her partner, my regular physician was unavailable. She took time to evaluate, explain, and treat my problem in one visit,. Her kindness, concern, and thoroughness can not be overstated. Thank You Dr. Patel!!! This medical practice is amazing.
