Setting an appointment was simple, but when the day came to be seen i felt like his staff was more concerned if I was a us citizen and had insurance then seeing me for my concerns, what should have been only 30 minutes to an hour ended up being almost 4 hours due to him asking so many questions that did relate to my reason being there, then the nurses didn't seem to know what their job was and focused more on conversations then there job. He may be good, but possible for people in his age range not younger to be seen by him and his staff needs better focus on the job. Overall, I was not happy with the service I got and felt more like I was being question if I was an American with health Insurance.

I was referred to Dr Stober in 2019 by a friend because I never had a steady internist due to moving around from Cleveland to Detroit for my job. He has been excellent. I only wish I found him sooner. A great story that sums up Dr Stober is at the end of my physical I went to get my blood taken. The nurses office was about to close and they would not take any more patients. He insisted on taking my blood himself so I didn't have to come back. Talk about rolling up your sleeves! Really enjoy talking to him and I absolutely know he cares! He's helped me manage celiac disease, which he discovered, and high cholesterol.

It was a frustrating experience as we waited 3 hours and 5 minutes exactly to see the doctor and get my son's blood drawn. The phlebotomist who drew my son's blood had very long nails(unhealthy) and dropped the needle she wanted to use on the floor!! Our experience with Dr. Slobber was very positive; he listened very carefully to our concerns.
