The doctor is a nice but sadly her clinic picks and chooses what parts of your insurance will be accepted and then they reject the rest. They do not tell you this when you call to ask if they take the insurance, etc before making your first appt. Then at your first appt they also do not share this. Instead they wait until the appt with the uncovered service (again don't mention it when scheduling the appt) and only give you the option to cancel or pay out of pocket. Knowing you waited a month for this appt and could have easily been told up front so you could choose a clinic that actually takes all of your insurance. They discriminate against the most vulnerable and then want you still come to their clinic but only for what services they pick and choose from. The rest of the care you are expected to go elsewhere for. Not specialty appts either. Basic routine care. And of all things, they push vaccines but refuse to provide them to all. Medicaid people are not good enough to receive them from here with their actual doctor. My child just received the wrong vaccine this summer from being forced to go elsewhere so we sought out new care and even discussed them extensively at his initial appt. Not once was this ever mentioned that they only accept partial insurance and only supply vaccines to the wealthier. That's not medicine. That causes harm. Is discriminatory. Vaccines are critical in our family as my eldest son is a cancer patient. All of this heavily discussed and a month later here we are. I wish I could say this has been a positive experience but sadly it has not and I cannot recommend this clinic or doctor.

Dr. Lauren is the BEST and the only doctor that makes me feel heard. I have been seeing her for a few years. Highly recommend her to anyone.

I didnt think it was possible to find a doctor like Dr. Marchese. I truly did not think one existed. During my first visit (1 hour) she never once made me feel rushed. We continually asked each other questions and for the first time I now have a treatment plan starting to be in place; that will hopefully make me start feeling better. I cannot say enough good things about her because it is almost too good to be true and I dont want to jinx it. I am thankful to have found her and look forward to my next visit with her.

Dr. Marchese is great! She listens and is very thorough and always willing to help. I feel so comfortable in her care.
