Patient
Hippocratic Oath... many doctors these days seem to have forgotten this tenet of their profession. As a previous patient of this practice, I was seeking to schedule an appointment only to be told that they would not see me as they are not seeing anyone who has not taken a series of experimental injections for which the manufacturers hold no liability for adverse effects (and neither do the doctors who are recommending/requiring them). Doctors are supposed to treat patients without discrimination, yet this practice has deemed a very large group of people as unworthy of being treated. If this is their philosophy, can you really be confident that they have your best interests at heart (pun intended)? Editing to add... I mentioned to the receptionist that my prior visits were several years ago and likely under my maiden name. Had she even bothered to look me up before dismissing me, maybe the provider could find me in their records.
