Dr. Lary S. Goldman, MD

My husband and I are new to the Farmington Hills area and my husband needed to get an appointment with a new cardiologist. Called Dr Goldman's office as the reviews were quite impressive and we live across the parking lot from his office, very convenient. I called the office and was told that he does not take new patients that have not gotten the Covid vaccine. We are both in our seventies and have never gotten sick. I think this is extremely unprofessional and shows that he doesn't care.

On behalf of my grandpa, Mr. Bashi, who is a verified patient and a 20-year patient of the now-retired Dr. Miller, this office (Dr. Goldman) refused to continue to care for him because he didn't receive the Covid vaccine. This is disgusting and disappointing and as a 92 year-old with other health conditions a new vaccination that isn't mandated federally should not be the reason he is refused care. DON'T SUPPORT THIS OFFICE.

Dr. Goldman, his staff, all employees, are very professional. They are caring and patient oriented. Very GOOD people. Top notch. New post - October 8, 2019 I had a very productive visit with Dr. Goldman. He listen to my problem and came up with a planned solution. After 2 weeks the solution is working. At age 82 I have seen many doctors. Many do the talk but fail to do the walk. Dr. Goldman does the talk and also does the walk. He is a very results oriented doctor. Kudos to a very good doctor.

When you call having have chest pains and they can't fit you in for 8 days... I don't think I need to say anymore. No it was not a mistake or wrong number I was referred Dr. Carrie F. Leff: Novi Docs. Placing blame over the internet with a response like "Is it possible I called the wrong number" on the patient just reiterates the lack of care to that patient as well... I mean I could ask the same... Is it possible your office isn't doing a good job? I appreciate your response and seen you deleted the previous "blaming" reply. So to clarify I called 10/23/18 at 9 am the response was " first available was 11/1/18. The problem is with that I had to schedule with another doctor that could fit me in today... 10/25/18. All I hope is the next patient doesn't experience the same and that all responses from your office on reviews should accept responsibility with emphasis on improving... not placing blame on a potential patient.

Dr. Goldman is a compassionate, dedicated and highly skilled cardiologist. I am very grateful for the wonderful care and kindness Dr. Goldman and staff provide my father.
