Hi Dr Gowman this is Diane Williams. I can't see you because Baydoun resident refuses to treat me anymore. He's just bad making appointments saying I just got out of the hospital. I had a statin poisoning the original doctor C. Vaughn's sent me a text saying I can no longer take statins. So I have nothing I'm ready to run out of all medications. I know you didn't like him. I hope he quits being a resident. In the meantime I'm working hard with Michigan. I really don't know you,now you have nowhere to send my information. Bye Diane Williams
